Study on sampling and eigen-extraction of micro-graph by CCD

     In this paper,  CCD (charge coupled device) has been used as photoelectric detector to sample micro-graphs. Taking the example of eigen-extraction from ascites cell’s micro- graphs, two parameters as the area and the number of single cell in the field of view is statistically evaluated, which gives a powerful method for autorecognition of diseased cell ( or cancer cell).
