Photoconductivity of TiOPc in single-layered photoreceptor device

  Abstract:
        The photoconductivity of  single-layered photoreceptor device. Containing charge- generation material(CGM) of titanium oxide phthalocyanine (TiOPc) and charge-transportation material (CTM) of  diethylamino- benzaldehyde-α-naphthalenylphenylhydrazone (DENH) has been studied. The results show that double-layered photoreceptor device. The relationship of the photoconductivity and composition in the single-layered P/R is discussed as well.
