　 Abstract:
　     A diazo compound which can be used as the charge-generating agent for organic photoconductor have been Synthesized in our work. The compound was carried out the composition and the structure analysis, their xerographic properties were determined, and showed the high surface potential and Photosensitive property, as well as lower residue potential.
